To receive your order more quickly than our standard timeline, there are two parts of the process you can rush. You can choose to rush both, or just one of them.
1. Rush the processing time. This is the amount of time it takes us to make your custom order. Please note we are on holiay production times, of 5-7 business days (not calendar days), with day 1 being the day after the order is placed. Rushing your processing time shortens this to 2-3 business days.
To rush the processing time on your order, select the blue button "ADD RUSH SERVICE" in your shopping cart.
2. Rush shipping. Once we have custom made your order, we will ship it to you using the shipping method you chose at checkout. The pricing and delivery times are visible to you at checkout.
For example, if you choose to rush processing and shipping, we will make your order and ship it within 3 business days. If you chose 2nd day air shipping at checkout, you will receive your order within 5 business days of ordering it.
