Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account page, and selecting "My orders" from the menu at the left of the screen. Orders will show as "In process" status until they are shipped, at which point they are automatically changed to "shipped" status.

When we ship orders, we send an automated email telling you the date is has shipped and the tracking information, if available. It typically takes about 24 hours for the shipping companies to update the tracking information.

If your order was shipped USPS stamped mail, then it does not have tracking information available. USPS stamped mail takes 5-18 days to arrive.

Please note we are currently on holiday production times, of 5 - 7 business days (not calendar days), with day 1 being the day after the order is placed.
