Can I change my order?

If you have created a reel but not yet purchased it, and want to make changes, you can do so by going to "My account", clicking "Duplicate" under the reel in question. It will create an exact copy of your reel under "Reels in Progress". Click "Edit" and make any changes you'd like to make, then add it to your cart!

If you have already put your reel in your cart and would like to make changes, delete the reel from your cart. Go to "My account" and click "Duplicate" under the reel in question. It will create an exact copy of your reel under "Reels in Progress". Click "Edit" and make any changes you'd like to make, then add it to your cart!

If you have already placed your order and checked out, and realize you want to make changes to a reel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the reel has already been printed then unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to it and you will need to order a new reel. 

If you want to changes your viewer or box color, update your address, or some other change, please also reach out to us and as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet, we will be able to make that change for you.
