Can I receive my viewer and reel together?

Purchases made 4/22/24 and later

Once you make your purchase on Etsy, within 3 business days we will send you a digital file with your unique code and instructions for how to build your reel on our website. When you build your reel, pick out your viewer, and check out on our website (using your code), your viewer and reel will ship together.

Purchases made before 4/22/24

Within 3 business days of your Etsy purchase we will ship your viewer to you, and email you a redemption code. You will use that code to check out after you build your custom Reel on our website. We are unable to hold your viewer until your Reel is ready, so they will ship separately.
