I've built my reel, how do I check out?

Etsy purchases 4/22/24 and later

You will receive a digital download with your unique code and instructions on how to make your reel. Your viewer and reel will ship together once you have built your custom reel on our website.

How does the reel ordering process work?

Once you have your code, go to our online reel builder (www.myretroviewer.com) to start building your reel(s)! Please use our website, not our app. If you need any help, our how-to video on the home page will show you how to create your RetroViewer magic. For more FAQs visit our helpdesk (retroviewer.zendesk.com). 

Please be sure to follow all the steps at the bottom of the reel builder to complete and approve your reel. Then you will be able to add it to your shopping cart and check out.

When you get to checkout, be sure to add the “Reel and Viewer Set” to your cart. You will be prompted to select your viewer color and your handout box color. Please be sure to input the code into the “Discount Code” box, and include all letters, numbers and dashes. 

If you want to build and add more reels or sets to your order you can. However, if your order + shipping exceeds the value of your code, you will need to pay the additional amount.

The redemption code is only for the value of the reel. If you want to build and add more reels or sets to your order you can. However, your order will no longer qualify for free shipping.
