The site says my Etsy code is invalid

These are the most common reasons that our site won't accept an Etsy code:

• You must have at least one "Reel & Viewer Set" in your shopping cart for your code to be valid.
• Please be sure to enter the code, dashes and all, into the "Discount Code" box at checkout, then hit apply.
• If you can, copy and paste it to ensure you get all the zeroes and letters copied correctly.
• If you purchased a Limited Edition set (code beginning with RV-ETYL-), make sure that the Limited Edition viewer color you selected on Etsy is in your cart.
