Etsy order - I don't have an option for free shipping

Your Etsy order includes shipping for your viewer and reel. If you have built your reel on our website, placed your order on our website and gone to check out and are NOT seeing an option for free shipping, try one of these options:

1. The RetroViewer app will not allow for free shipping with Etsy codes. Please save your reel on the app, then log into your account on our website www.myretroviewer.com to add the reel (for purchases made prior to 4/22/24) or the reel and viewer (for purchases made 4/22/24 or later) to your shopping cart and check out. (Please note, reels originally built on the app cannot be edited or duplicated on our website, they can only be ordered there.)

2. If you are already on our website, make sure you have entered your code, dashes and all, into the gift card / redemption code box (for purchases made prior to 4/22/24), or the discount box (for purchases made 4/22/24 or later).

3. Occasionally our website does not immediately show the free shipping option. In this case, try refreshing, or closing the window and reopening it.
