How do I download my Etsy digital download?

Within 3 business days of placing your order on Etsy, we will send you a digital download with your unique code and instructions for how to build your reel and complete your order on our website. Etsy delivers digital downloads via an email sent from Etsy to the email address you used to make the purchase.

Etsy policy prohibits customers from opening or downloading digital downloads through the Etsy app. You will need to access it through a browser window. This could be on a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet, you will just need to use a browser (such as Chrome or Safari) to download the document.
