When will I receive my Etsy order?

Purchases made 4/22/24 or later

Your order will arrive in one package. Once you use your code to order your reel and viewer on our website, it will take us 5 - 7 business days to print your reel and ship your order, with the first business day being the day after you place your order. Shipping time begins after we have made your order. The shipping included with an Etsy order is USPS first-class parcel with a delivery time of 5-14 days. You may upgrade your shipping at checkout if you want; additional charges will apply.

We do offer a rush service if you need your order sooner. If you would like to rush production on your order, please select "add rush service" at checkout on our website, and your order will be processed in 2-3 business days.

Purchases made before 4/22/24

You will receive your order in two parts.

Viewer

Your viewer will ship first, within two business days of your order. Standard shipping for viewers is USPS first-class mail with a delivery time of 5-14 days.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping on Etsy, this only upgrades your viewer shipping. For $9.45 additional, we will ship your viewer by USPS priority mail with a delivery time of 3-10 days.

Custom Reel

Once you create and order your reel on our website, it will take us 5 - 7 business days to print and ship your reel, with the first business day being the day after you place your order. Shipping time begins after we have made your order. The reel shipping included with an Etsy order is USPS stamped mail - 5-14 day delivery, and no tracking. You may upgrade your shipping at checkout if you want; additional charges will apply.
