2025 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

   Shipping timelines are a combination of our production timeline and estimates provided by the carriers. We will do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible during this holiday season.

• Standard Production | 5-7 business days
• Rush Production | 3 business days

Retroviewer Gift Set orders do not need to account for production and can be delivered in 2 business days or less. The last day to order a gift set for US delivery, via Next Day Air is December 21st.

   The shipping deadlines below reflect order dates needed for arrival by Wednesday, December 24th, 2025. The timelines for Standard production are all calculated as a 5 day turnaround.

 

DOMESTIC (USA)

   December 18th is the last possible ordering day to receive a custom reel in time for Christmas. If this is your timeline, you must select Rush Processing and UPS Next Day Air Delivery at checkout.

USPS

• USPS First-Class Parcel: 5–14 Days

  • With Rush Production, last day to order: December 3
  • With Standard Production, last day to order: November 26th

• USPS Priority Mail: 3–10 Days

  • With Rush Production, last day to order: December 9
  • With Standard Production, last day to order: December 7

UPS

• UPS Ground: 3–7 Days

  • With Rush Production, last day to order: December 10
  • With Standard Production, last day to order: December 8

• UPS 2nd Day Air

  • With Rush Production, last day to order: December 17
  • With Standard Production, last day to order: December 15

• UPS Next Day Air

  • With Rush Production, last day to order: December 18
  • With Standard Production, last day to order: December 16

NOTE:

• UPS does not deliver on weekends.
• USPS counts Saturday as a delivery day, and Sunday in some areas. Only Saturday is counted in this timeline.
• Alaska and Hawaii may experience additional delays.

December 16th is the last possible ordering day to receive a custom reel in time for Christmas. If this is your timeline, you must select Rush Processing and UPS Express Delivery at checkout (availability may vary by location).

NOTE

• International shipment times to other locations are similar but may vary depending on destination country, customs protocol, and remoteness of the final destination.
• First Class International Mail can take 2–4 weeks for delivery. Tracking may not update throughout the journey and delays can occur. We must allow 4 full weeks for delivery before investigating.
