- If you have not yet placed your order, we can get the value of the code(s) corrected for you! Please reach out to Customer Support with the code, either by typing them or copy/pasting them into the reply or even with a photo or screenshot, whichever is easiest for you! Please be sure to include the 5 letters, 12 numbers and all dashes that are a part of your code.
Once we get the code from you, we can adjust the value to be the correct amount. - If you already placed your order and did not redeem the code or redeemed it for the wrong value, just let us know that's what happened and we will work out the best way to get it resolved for you.
